ABOUT
Lydia Sax is a London based Theatre Director. She is the current Artistic Director of the OSO Arts Centre.

Her recent credits include 'The Revlon Girl' (OSO Arts Centre), 'Once Upon a Bridge' (OSO Arts Centre), 'Relativity' (Upstairs at the Gatehouse), 'Sabbath: A Tragedy of Witches' (OSO Arts Centre), 'Text & Delete' (OSO Arts Centre, Kings Head Theatre, Etcetera Theatre) and 'A Hundred Words for Snow' (OSO Arts Centre). She is currently directing a revival of Andrew Bovell's 'Things I Know to be True,' marking the OSO's first in house production and two-week run. It runs from 2-11 April.

Under her tenure at the OSO, Lydia has dedicated herself to providing opportunities for other artists, building a vibrant community through her Youth Theatre, Writers Scheme, Networking Events, Scratch Nights, Actors' Studio, and Artist in Residence initiatives. Her seasons have attracted the largest audience numbers in the theatre's history. ​

Lydia received a distinction in MA Theatre Directing at East 15 in 2021, and a first class degree in English Literature from Exeter University in 2020.
